Preparation is the key to ensure;
- Consistent quality
- Optimum longevity of the coating.
Our 3 stage tank process utilizes a degreasing & phosphating process (conversion coating) in preparation for the application of the powder, adding significantly to the performance and lifespan of the finished coating. In addition, the tank system also incorporates a hexavalent-chromium free treatment to act as a corrosion inhibitor and primer.
The Powder coating is applied by skilled technicians using state of the art, manual electrostatic spray equipment, targeting a coating thickness of between 60 & 80 microns.
Our temperature mapped oven provides us with the knowledge to ensure consistent curing of the applied powder and deliver a consistent, reproducible, high quality durable finish.
